hey, junkai here.
i guess i owe eveyone who is unhappy with me an explanation.

Before that friday, i disussed with samson about our (me & him) worries of the current NCOs not being co-operative among each other. My concern was that the NCOs' possible incooperation may affect parts A & B cadets. As a matter of fact, all NCOs are now in charge of parts A & B. And if the NCOs cannot cope, the two other parts will definitely be negatively affected. so, sam and me decided to appear for that friday to primarily voice our concerns to Amos & Bryan and all other part C cadets who were present, if possible. WE BOTH HAD NO PLANS OF GETTING OTHER SENIORS INVOLVED AS WE BOTH AGREED THAT TOO MANY SENIORS WILL RESULT IN IRRELEVENT OUTCOMES.

After lessons that day, I was the 1st sec 4 guy to reach the NCC room, expecting sam to reach soon. He came, but with other seniors following also. Part C cadets were doing their C&C test then. We, the seniors, upon seeing the standard of the part C cadets, got fed up because the standard is relatively below what the seniors were trained to. so, sam & me asked zulhelmy to spare us a bit of time to take over part C cadets for awhile. but things went out of hand for us both as we took over. AS FOR ALL THE IRRELEVENT PEOPLE SITTING & WATCHING, SAM & ME HAD NO PRIOR PLANS ON INVITING THEM TO BE THERE. IT WAS THAT SAM, GLENN, JOEL, HUI KAI AND ME WERE THERE, THATS WHY THE OTHERS ALSO SAT THERE AS A GROUP OF FRIENDS. AT THAT MOMENT I DID NOT REALISE THAT IT WAS ACTULLY A HUMILIATION TO THE PART C CADETS.

Sam & I sincerely wanted to help the part C cadets, but in the wrong context. As many may know, our platoon had been trained under conditons where corporal punishments were allowed. So as we took over that day, we essentially forgot that corporal punishments are viewed as abuse and torture to all part C cadets, and that we used it concurrently. I SINCERELY APOLOGISE FOR ALL THE EMOTIONAL & PHYSICAL INJURIES THAT WE HAD BROUGHT TO THE PART C CADETS.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE FLAMING ME VIA THE TAG BOARD, IF YOU ARE STILL UNSATISFIED DESPITE MY EXPLANATION PLEASE CONTACT ME TO VOICE OUT YOUR UNHAPPINESS. IF YOU ARE DOING IT FOR FUN, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I WONT TAG THERE ANY MORE, SO FLAMING ME VIA THE BOARD IS FUTILE.

P.S. PERA & 'DIAO'----> THKS FOR YOUR HONEST TAGS. HOPE MY EXPLANATION ANSWERS YOUR DOUBTS.

A reminder to all NCC cadets, the BVSS NCC Annual camp is on this Friday, 28-29 July. This camp is especially important as the total defence test would be held during the camp. For Part B's, there would be proficiency test held during the camp, if you don't attend the camp, you would fail it and therefore have an incomplete basic 3 badge. We would most likely be going to east coast instead of west coast like previous years. All cadets are expected to fall in outside the NCC room by 2.30 sharp in your smart 4. The NCC room would be open on Thursday morning for cadets to leave their camp items in for a day.

Hope you guys enjoy the camp,

bryan
